This initiative was called to life, 4 members of the Community met at a local coffee shop and got to work crafting the framework for this initiative.

We started working on the petition for the Parkhurst Bowling Club to be sent to the City Manager to act on.

Parkhurst Bowling club petition goes live

Today the petition was officially launched by SOS and distributed to RA’s and WhatsApp groups.

Petition closes

The petition closed on the 24 Nov, the response was amazing, just under 3,000 votes were collected in 3 weeks, with lots of personal comments, all of which will be put to the Johannesburg City Manager for comment.

All the data was collated, bound and submitted to the City Manager.
